Tumeke’s Management sets out its safety objectives and strategic plans. The highest level of safety commitment is practiced by our Employees, making the H&S Vision part of the normal decision-making process.
Risk Management
Tumeke has established and implemented a Risk Assessment process to maintain a systematic approach to assess H&S risks from identified hazards.
Tumeke takes into account applicable legal and other requirements, the effectiveness of existing controls and considers the directives set out in ISO 45001:2018 standard.


Processes & Procedures
A comprehensive Health & Safety Programme is in place to comply with all relevant legislation and good practices, meeting international standards requirements.
Tumeke have standardised Work Instructions and Procedures to:
- Involve Clients and Suppliers in providing feedback and validating the results of our improvement efforts
- Require all Employees to continually improve their processes to eliminate or minimise incidents
- Measure results through implementation of Health and Safety objectives determined by the Management Strategic Plan
